Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Provide a short explanation of why they are returning to the board.  Must include name, address, and date of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and any shipping fees that were incurred on the original order will not be refunded.

Custom Orders or Engraved boards are not returnable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If it does, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Please note that custom items or items that have been personalized are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect in the product.
